I. Product Description

1.Model KP-II Semi-Automatic Capsule Filler is our latest design with ultra quiet operation, which has eliminated the use of noisy portable compressor air like other models in the industry.

2.The filling amount can be adjusted by the number of rotations of the dosing disk. The powder feeder also has agitator to regulate the powder filling.

3.This improvement results in faster production, meeting cGMP requirements, more accurate filling, safer operation, simple maintenance, super low noise, easy cleaning and less labor intensive. Only one operator is required, and operating training can be done in 10 minutes.

4.A special design allows for changing mold for different size capsules within 30 minutes easily, simply, and precisely.

5.It has an infinite variable speed of filling table with independent power and fixed point filling that results in accurate dosage.

6.This machine comes with one set of capsule sized changeable parts, training video, dual capsule rings, extra large powder hopper, pump unit and water recycling system.
